Your email address, membership status, onboarding preferences, and the wellness information you choose to enter, including mood, energy, sleep, stress, gratitude, journal notes, and any CBT-style entries you save.
Tango Wellness does not sell your data, does not run ads against your check-ins, and does not make your journal or wellness history public.
Private app access is tied to a paid membership. Billing is handled by Stripe. Account and app data are stored in secured backend infrastructure with account-level access controls.
You can cancel your membership through the billing portal. If you want your account data deleted, use the support path below and Kailey’s team can process the request.
