Tango Wellness is sold as a recurring paid membership. Charges are processed by Stripe using the plan you choose at checkout.

You can cancel renewal from the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the already-paid period unless a different offer says otherwise.

If you were charged in error, hit a duplicate charge, or never received account access after reaching out to support, contact the team for review. Refund decisions are handled case by case so billing stays fair without overpromising blanket refunds.

Promotional pricing, workbook-owner discounts, and founding-member offers apply only as stated at checkout. They do not automatically extend to future invoices unless the offer explicitly says so.
